I knew that I wanted to pick up a lighting kit for the Lego delorean to really make it stand out as a display piece and spent quite a bit of time researching different lighting kits, ultimately deciding to go for this lighting kit along with the LED nameplate as it was reasonably priced and had light up wheel portions for the Part 2 version of the car which was what I wanted to build and display (the lights come on and off when you put the car into flight mode and back out btw :D ).
This was the first lighting kit I'd installed and to be honest, it was a good deal more straightforward than I'd expected, I thought it would take me a few weekends working on it on and off but I managed it in a few hours. The only part that was a bit tricky was the rear headlights and licence plate light but as long as you have a good set of tweezers it wasn't too bad.
Overall, I'm very happy with the kit, I love that the nameplate can be used to power the lighting kit and currently have it set on a timer switch to come on and off automatically. My only suggestion for GoB would be to maybe make a video tutorial of the installation? The instructions were sufficient but I feel a video may make some of the parts a bit clearer.
