If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it.

This cancellation window exists because our fulfillment process begins immediately after an order is placed. We have two separate teams working simultaneously to ensure fast order processing:

  • Customer Support Team, which responds to customer inquiries and cancellation requests.
  • Fulfillment Team, which immediately begins preparing and packing orders for shipment.

Because these teams work independently, your order may already be processed for dispatch before our Customer Support Team has the opportunity to review your cancellation request.

Please note that tracking information may be uploaded later, but this does not necessarily mean your order has not already entered the fulfillment process.

During weekends and holidays, this process may be even faster. While our Customer Support Team may operate with reduced availability outside normal business hours, our Fulfillment Team continues processing orders to ensure the fastest possible dispatch. As a result, cancellation requests submitted during these periods may not be possible, even if they are made within one hour of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it or change the shipping address.

Subscriptions (such as the Game of Bricks Membership) may be cancelled at any time to prevent future renewals. However, payments already processed for the current billing period are non-refundable.


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

To qualify for our Money-Back Guarantee, please follow these instructions:

1. Return Request

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please contact us at orders@gameofbricks.eu and include:

  • Your first and last name
  • Order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • A clear photo of the product

If the product is not working as expected, please provide evidence of the issue. For remote-control or sound-related issues, a video is required so our technical team can properly diagnose the problem.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging with all original contents included.

3. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds are not available if:

  • You simply changed your mind (except where mandatory withdrawal rights under applicable law apply);
  • The light kit has been intentionally damaged, modified, or misused;
  • The product has been used in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot issue a refund for orders delivered to the incorrect address.
  • If the parcel has not yet been delivered, we can resend it to another address (shipping charges may apply).
  • If the parcel is marked as delivered to the address provided during checkout, we cannot issue a refund, although we may offer a discount on a replacement order at our discretion.

Replacement Shipments

If we send a replacement order under our warranty or customer support policy, the original order remains covered by our 2-Year Free Light Kit Support.

Orders that have already been replaced are generally not eligible for an additional refund unless required by applicable consumer protection law.


Return Address

Return addresses vary depending on your location.

Please contact orders@gameofbricks.eu, and we will provide the correct return address before you ship your parcel.


Refund Processing

Once your returned parcel arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we'll process your refund.

  • Refund confirmation will be sent by email.
  • Refunds usually appear in your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have not heard from us within 10 business days after your parcel has been delivered to our return address, please contact us with your proof of postage so we can investigate.
